How to Use:
Remove the tray with the food from the freezer and reheat it in a preheated oven at 200- 210°C until the temperature of the food reaches 75°C. Recommended time 30- 45 minutes or so. After being put out of the freezer, refrigerate it up to 3 days at <5°C.
