The Giannakouri family's journey began nearly 40 years ago in the mountainous region of Epirus, Greece. It all started with a grandmother preparing a lovingly made spinach pie for her grandchildren, baked in her children's bakery. The pie was so delicious that it attracted locals eager to taste it. This sparked the idea to produce and sell spinach pies—crafted with the same care and quality as that first beloved pie.

Today, the Giannakouri family continues this tradition, producing a range of traditional Greek dough products. Their offerings include classic spinach pies, cheese mini triangles, sfoliata, kourou, and croissinia. They prioritize using fresh, high-quality ingredients like spinach, feta, and olive oil, and employ state-of-the-art equipment in their privately owned facility to ensure both taste and safety.
