A pink version of the reddish variety Moschofilero from the mountainous Mantineia. Fruity, aroma of citrus, notes of rose and jasmine. Rich aroma, pleasant acidity, and lasting aftertaste. Accompanies pasta dishes, chicken and white sauces. It is best served at 9-12⁰C.
