Pastitsio (pronounced pah-STEE-tsee-oh) is a classic Greek baked pasta dish often described as "Greek lasagne". It is a staple comfort food characterized by distinct layers of tubular pasta, a spiced meat ragu, and a thick topping of creamy béchamel sauce with grated cheese. Serves 6.
How to Use:
Place the frozen meal, without defrosting it, in a preheated oven at 200°C fan and cook for 40 minutes. Remove the lid after 20 minutes and continue cooking until the temperature in the centre of the food reaches 75°C. The time may vary depending on the oven and its settings.
