A handmade phyllo pastry Greek pie with spinach, herbs and feta cheese. Bougatsa is the technique of opening the phyllo in the air and stretch it on the table for creating multiple very thin phyllo layers.

    Dough: Wheat flour (Wheat gluten, enhancer, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine, enzymes), water, vegetable margarine (in varying proportions partially hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (cotton oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, palm kernel oil), coloυr: B-carotene), sugar, vegetable oil: sunflower oil, salt. Filling: 30% spinach, mizithra cheese, edesma white (powder skimmed cow milk, vegetable oil: palm oil, salt, acidity regulator: E270, rennet), 5% white cheese, 5% Feta cheese, frozen onion, semolina (Wheat), water, leek frozen, vegetable oil: sunflower oil, modified maize starch, salt, pepper.
